Santiago, August 5, 2024.– Enel Distribución continues to work to restore service in the communes of its concession area affected by the meteorological event that affected the Metropolitan Region. As of 8:00 p.m., 120,341 customers were without supply. The most affected communes are Maipú, Pudahuel, Lampa, and Colina.
Customers registered as electro-dependent have received priority attention. They have access to preferential telephone attention for the installation of generators. Between Thursday night and now, 342 sets have been delivered, while registered customers have been actively receiving calls offering assistance.
