Description: Jaime Sepúlveda and Patricia Ojeda are an elderly couple who started a restaurant in the heritage sector of Schwager. Its customers are workers from the industrial sector and tourists who visit this area on weekends. The project submitted by this couple of entrepreneurs to the "Coronel Emprende" Competitive Fund consisted of the expansion of their restaurant, which increased the clientele and therefore its income. Likewise, they purchased equipment for the kitchen, which resulted in greater production and speed in their processes.
