Alto Biobío, October 23, 2024—Enel Generación announces that starting today, it will conduct operations to open the spillway gates of the reservoirs at the Ralco and Pangue hydroelectric power plants as part of the standard and safe functioning of these facilities. As a result, there may be fluctuations in the flow of the Biobío River.
These maneuvers have been coordinated and previously communicated to the relevant authorities, including those responsible for basin management, the National Electric System, and our reservoir operations.
