One of its most relevant achievements was to maintain the company for more than 30 months without accidents in the field, reflecting the continuous effort to strengthen the safety culture within the organization.
Víctor Tavera joined Chilectra (now known as Enel Distribución Chile) in 2005 as a Regional Regulation and Risk Analyst. Throughout his career in the Enel Group, he held various positions with both local and regional responsibilities. In 2017, he was appointed Market Manager for Chile, overseeing the Energy Commercialization business, Commercial Operations, and Customer Service at Enel Distribución. In 2022, he took on the role of General Manager of the company.
