Julio Pellegrini is a partner at Pellegrini & Cía., a Chilean law firm specializing in commercial litigation, arbitration, regulation, and the protection of free competition.
Mr. Pellegrini serves as an arbitrator for the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce. From 2016 to 2023, he was a member of the Legal Circle at the Chilean Institute of Rational Business Administration (ICARE), an organization that promotes excellence in business. He served as a counselor for the Society for Industrial Development (SOFOFA) between 2020 and 2021. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Center for Free Competition, an antitrust advisory committee at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He has also been teaching courses on civil law and competition law at the university since 2003. Between 2011 and 2019, he served as a counselor for the Bar Association of Chile A.G. and was the President of its Competition Law Defense Committee.
