Natalia Fernández Sepulveda is a lawyer from the Universidad Católica de Temuco and holds a Master's degree in Environmental Law from the Universidad de Chile.
She has been part of the Enel Group for 11 years as a member of the internal Fiscal team. Previously, she worked at the Comisión Nacional de Medio Ambiente (currently Servicio de Evaluación Ambiental) and as an environmental advisor for companies in various fields.
Within Enel, she has advised the company on environmental, regulatory and sustainability matters. In addition, she has been secretary of the Board of Directors of Empresa Eléctrica Pehuenche S.A. and of the Fundación San Ignacio del Huinay, as well as director of the Fundación Pehuén. Since September 2022, she is Director of Empresa Eléctrica Pehuenche S.A., Counsel at Enel Generación Chile and Head of Legal Affairs of Operation & Maintenance of Enel Green Power & Thermal Generation Chile.
